The third cowl.  Beechwood.  I could use one of these in every color.

    1. You have a gorgeous model behind the camera!

    2. Love the color!

    3. I think you’re beautiful but I understand. That’s why I have Hannah model my stuff so much!

    4. You could model and I could take pics of you! That would be perfect!

    5. Manise

I second Cheryl, Carole and Kathy! Hmmm….. I have a skein of your Kashmir hanging around somewhere! Perfect choice.

    6. Weren’t we talking about that the other night? Ha ha….
You are young and beautiful – so go have some pictures taken of yourself in that beautiful cowl!

    7. I agree with everyone else. You’re your own best model!

    8. You do just fine. Few have your style and panache. (And that is a beautiful color!)

    9. Ha- look in the mirror!

      It’s beautiful.
Are you going to have more kashmir in the future?

The last Saturday of the month is our local spin in.  November's produced bobbin "A".  At December's I spun bobbin "B".  What can I say, there wasn't any time in between.  Using more than a few 10 Minutes a Day sessions, I emptied those bobbins in time for the new year.

    alpaca / merino / silk
from Freckle Face Fibers on Etsy

I'd split the roving down the middle.  It didn't match up, but I knew in advance it wouldn't / couldn't.  The fiber had been dyed randomly, and colors weren't the same even across the stripped roving.  I decided to spin it from the fold, long draw.  It went very quickly.
I was planning on a pair of new fingerless mitts but hate to end up with so much left over.  Perhaps the Morning Surf Scarf.

    1. Those are my colors!
I think the morningsurf scarf would be perfect.

    2. Manise

Your handspun would make a beautiful Morning Surf Scarf or a Foggy Seas Scarf.

    3. Lovely stuff! Vendor?
Hope you had a good New Year’s celebration.

    4. I just love those colours – I have something similar – perhaps just a touch deeper – on the wheel at the moment… we shall not speak about how long it has been there LOL

    5. That is some beautiful yarn!
Those colors look like the morning surf!

    6. Beautiful! I love the colors. I have a couple of 4-oz rovings from her as well and she does a really beautiful job with the colorways.

    7. You do put a pretty spin on fiber!

    8. I think a Morning Surf scar will be lovely and I agree, I always try to use up all my handspun in one project!
