  • Changes

Did you know that it is now possible to write a blog post in Word and publish it?? I was all set to write a letter and saw this new blank template in the Word lineup. Had to give it a try. As I’ve complained way to many times, it isn’t easy to blog from a geographic location that is internet challenged. Over the past year, I’ve rigged up an antennae that pulls a bit of 4G from somewhere. It has made a huge change in my ability to be online. Seriously, I feel connected. Even from here.

I thought I’d check out using Word, then doing an upload. Staying online has its own challenges. 😉

  • Friday’s Photo

Sam gave us quite a scare this morning. I looked out the window and saw him walking on the pond.

It got cold fast! It was 15F this morning. Seems like only yesterday….

Posted using BlogPress, a mobile app.

  • taking a minute to breathe

Honestly, I don't know where the time goes.  I'd intended to write a "weekending' post.  It was a good weekend.  I'd made some time for myself each day and got quite a lot of real work done.  The weather has been SO nice. I've spent entirely too much tine indoors.

This afternoon, the sun came out (briefly)and the thermometer hit 60F.  There aren't going to be too many days like that in the next few months.  I called up to Chris (we were both working in our offices) that we'd had enough and I was going out for a walk, unless… UNLESS.. he wanted to go to the beach.  Ha!

      Absolutely the right decision!

    3. Gorgeous day,gorgeous place!

The best decision! My son opened the front door this very late afternoon and noticed the queer yellowish light out after a very dark day – it lit up the oak leaves and made them a reddish pink that was electric. I knew what that meant and raced out to the deck to discover what I had suspected. A completely full and a partial double rainbow. So bright that the magenta color on the bottom popped! A perfect way to end the day.

    5. It was a day to treasure. Next one will be in, what, January?
      🙂

    6. Not only the right decision but hurray for sharing the photo.
